The hotel is renowned for its kitchen where the Master-chef and owner, Torben Eriksen, delights his customers .
Torben, after gaining several championships in cooking in Germany, trained in Michelin star restaurants in Germany, Switzerland and overseas.
We are the only hotel in Kamp-Bornhofen which has an entry in the Michelin guide. We welcome you into the restaurant to have some culinary delights, which are cooked creatively and priority is given to the fresh ingredients, which are lovingly prepared into simple, traditional, local dishes or international cuisine.

Please visit our ice-cream parlour, where we can offer you a choice from home-made ice-creams manufactured from original Italian recipes, we can also offer you a choice of regional specialities including Rudesheimer ice coffee containing Asbach Uralt or a Loreley cup.
